Privacy notice

Updated 30 October 2026

The operator responsible for your information is isrdesk. Contact [email protected] about privacy or your purchase.

Information and purposes

We collect the names, memories, relationships, preferences, and revision requests you enter, including information about people mentioned in your stories. We save your answers, generated drafts, purchase reference, selected currency, amount, accepted terms, payment status, and checkout email to supply and support your purchase. Support emails contain the information you choose to send us. Avoid sensitive personal information and tell people how their details will be used before sharing them.

We process your order and contact details to perform our contract with you. Our legitimate interests are providing the requested speech using ordinary details about people you mention, protecting the service from abuse, and resolving support issues. We also keep payment and accounting records where required by law. We need questionnaire answers and a checkout email to deliver this service; the optional avoid list can be left blank.

Who processes information

A local AI model on the private server used for this service processes your stories and revisions. We do not send them to an external AI service or use them to train the model. Authorised support and server administrators may access information when necessary to operate, secure, or troubleshoot the service.

Cloudflare carries and protects website traffic, including network identifiers such as IP addresses. Stripe handles payments and retains payment records; we do not receive your full card number. Resend processes checkout emails, private links, and purchase confirmations to deliver messages. Cloudflare forwards support email to a Gmail inbox provided by Google; Thunderbird is used to read and answer it. These providers have their own processing and retention practices.

Provider information: Cloudflare, Stripe, Resend, and Google. They operate internationally and processing may take place outside the UK. Contact support for information about processing locations and the safeguards applicable to your information.

We do not sell your stories or send marketing emails through this site. The application has no advertising or analytics trackers. AI produces text; it does not make decisions about your employment, credit, or other legal entitlements.

Retention and browser storage

Paid orders and drafts remain accessible for 90 days after payment, then are removed during daily cleanup. Unpaid orders are removed after seven days. Hashed request identifiers used to limit abuse expire after their rate-limit window and are removed during cleanup. Operational provider logs, payment records, and support correspondence can remain separately for their applicable security, support, or legal purposes.

Private backups are kept for recovery. Routine database backups rotate after about two weeks, and full-server backups retain the latest seven copies. Deleted information may remain in those backups until rotation; backup copies are not used for ordinary customer access. Provider retention is governed by the provider policies linked above. Ask support about deletion and any records that must be retained for legal reasons.

Your browser stores an unfinished questionnaire, the chosen currency, checkout retry information, and private access credentials when storage is available. This is used to preserve your work and access, not for advertising. Clear this site's browser data to remove it. Anyone with a private purchase link can access that speech; keep links private and contact support if one is shared accidentally.

Your rights and complaints

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a portable copy of your information where applicable. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests, including use of details about you supplied by someone else. Contact support from the checkout email with the purchase reference where available; we may need to verify your identity. Deleting a purchase removes access to its drafts.

You can raise a concern with us or complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office, or your local data-protection authority. Nothing in this notice limits rights available under applicable law.
